This Privacy Policy explains how MCS Drive (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MCS Drive mobile application and related services (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

• Account Data: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Ride Data: pickup/drop locations, routes, timestamps, fare, transaction status.
• Device & Logs: device model, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs for diagnostics.

2. Permissions We Request & Why

• Location (foreground/background): to show nearby drivers/riders, estimate fares, and enable live tracking during rides.
• Camera: to capture/verify profile or document images when you choose to upload them.
• Photos/Storage: to let you select images/files for profile and KYC documents.
• Phone/Call: to let riders and drivers contact each other for a booked ride (optional).
• Notifications: to send ride status updates and important account alerts.

Permissions are used only for the described features and can be managed in your device settings.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and improve booking, navigation, and safety features.
• Process payments and generate invoices/receipts.
• Prevent fraud, enforce policies, and support customer service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:

• Service providers Emergexians Infotech Private Limited, Hostinger and Razorpay under confidentiality agreements.
• Counterparties to a ride (driver ↔ rider) to enable the service.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

5. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

6. Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve protections.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• Access, correct, or delete certain data by contacting us.
• Withdraw permissions (may limit features).
• Opt out of non‑essential communications.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under the age required by local law. We do not knowingly collect data from children without appropriate consent.

Data may be processed outside your country. We apply safeguards consistent with this Policy and applicable laws.
