All bookings must be made through our website or official app. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns.
Payment must be completed before or at the end of the ride. We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and cash.
Customers can cancel rides up to 15 mins in advance without a charge. Delayed cancellations may incur fees.
Passengers must treat drivers with respect. Misbehavior, abuse, or damage to the cab may lead to ride termination and legal action.
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. Our drivers will do their best to ensure on-time arrivals.
MCS Drive only facilitates the provision of services between the customer and the driver. In case of any dispute, loss, damage, accident, or incident during or after the service, the responsibility shall lie solely with the customer and the driver. MCS Drive shall not be held responsible or liable under any circumstances.
